May brought that perfect spring weather with a hint of summer in the air, and Quinn and Pipo’s wedding couldn’t have happened at a better time. Held at the charming Quinta da Conceição, near Azeitão, it was one of those days that starts off cloudy but ends up soft, bright, and full of warmth.
Quinn, an American with an easy smile and contagious energy, and Pipo, a Portuguese living in the US, chose Portugal — and this particular venue — as the setting to celebrate their love. And what a great choice! Surrounded by nature and with that perfect mix of rustic and elegant vibes, Quinta da Conceição provided the ideal backdrop for such a meaningful celebration.
The day began with a bit of mystery in the air, thanks to the clouds hanging over the hills, but that only added to the magic. Gradually, the sun broke through, bringing in beautiful light — just right for documentary-style photography, which captures moments as they truly are: spontaneous, emotional, and full of authenticity.

The ceremony took place outdoors, in a relaxed setting filled with knowing smiles. Among the guests, you could hear a lovely mix of Portuguese and English, reflecting the union of two worlds. It was one of those weddings where you can really feel the love in every detail — from the handwritten vows to the thoughtful selection of music and food, which, of course, didn’t disappoint: local wine, cheeses, and a table full of Portuguese flavors that charmed the Americans and comforted the Portuguese.
