Photography is about much more than pressing a button. It is a way of seeing the world, interpreting it and communicating it. In this category I share my opinion on photography, and on everything that surrounds the creative work of day to day professional life.

Over the years working as a professional photographer I have accumulated experiences, learnings and opinions that I enjoy sharing in an open and honest way. There are no right or wrong answers.

I write about photographic technique, equipment, client relationships, the market and the challenges of being a professional photographer in Portugal. But I also write about creativity, inspiration and what drives me both as a professional and as a person.

Opinion is, by nature, subjective. What I share here represents my vision of the world and of photography — built through experience, mistakes, continuous learning and a genuine passion for this profession. Whether you agree or not, I hope each article sparks a reflection or a conversation.
